Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Lead and guide the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating communication with other departments.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university, with current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
