Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Adhere to all food and alcohol safety guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and alcohol safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle business during peak times.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.

Pay: From $2.83 per hour
