Are you customer-focused with high energy? Love being outside and making money? We have the job for you. In the Customer Service Associate role your focus is on four areas: 1) assisting customers with their purchase, 2) pre-washing vehicles, 3) drying vehicles, and 4) site cleanliness.

Duties:

• Selling: Not only are you the first person the customers meets when they drive through, but you are also the person who guides them - advising, selling, and even setting them up with new monthly memberships
• Vehicle Operations: Assist with vehicle pre-wash and drying process
• Effectively communicate the value of our service to customers, answer questions, and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process
• Meets store operating standards, providing legendary quality service, performing cash handling, and store safety and security protocols
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for yourself and other employees
• Maintaining and performing store operations on a day to day basis

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and effective communication
• Perform many different tasks on the store premises during each daypart
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Wet Rabbit
• Maintain a great attitude and excitement during the entirety of your shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Provide feedback to the management team on the day to day operations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
• Ability to lift 60 LBS
• Must 18 years or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
