TECHNICAL SALES COORDINATOR

Our client, a leading supplier of vision inspection and Track & Trace systems for the
pharmaceutical industry, is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented TECHNICAL SALES COORDINATOR to support sales managers in all pre- and after-sales projects, open dedicated deals, and assist in preparing quotations.
This role requires close coordination with the engineering department to ensure accurate budgetary quotations.
Experience in Vision Inspection/Track&Trace systems is a PLUS, but a good technical background and proactivity it's what count.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUCTIONS:
• Prepare quotations by offering items that match customers’ requirements provided
by the sales manager.
• Support relevant Area Managers and Agents by assisting with their commercial queries.
• Execute correct sales data storage in the dedicated CRM (Hubspot).
• Assist sales managers in preparing offers and communicating with OEMs and cus-
tomers.
• Stay up-to-date with product information by attending sales and marketing training
sessions with the headquarters and updating sales managers accordingly.
• Manage all commercial pre-sales phases of a project flow together with the sales
manager.
• Support area managers in sales and after-sales processes.• Ensure sales managers' requests are subject to technical feasibility evaluation.
• Manage customer communications as needed (via email, phone call, etc.).
• Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned.

- 5 years’ broad sales experience and knowledge preferably vision inspection sector or technical background.
