Scheduler for a Staffing Agency with an Excellent Company!
Experienced Scheduler for a Staffing Agency
- PPS Agency supplies staff to facilities affiliated with National Health Care Associates Inc.'s network of nursing homes in the Northeast.
- This is a Full-Time temp to perm position in a professional office environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Looking for a Scheduler to provide superior customer service to healthcare staff while problem-solving their staffing needs.
- The hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call evenings/weekends (approximately once per month).
Primary Functions:
- Schedule and monitor the skilled nursing/long-term care facilities for the Northeast's per diem RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Replace any callouts in the facility
- Must be available for On-Call rotation during the week and weekends (approximately once per month).

Qualifications of a Nursing Scheduler include:
- Experience as a scheduler for an Agency within a healthcare environment
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to relate tactfully and professionally with all staff
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant and to remain calm during emergencies
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
