Job Title: Installer - Basement and Crawlspace Waterproofing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Installer for basement and crawlspace waterproofing to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in waterproofing, with opportunities for growth and skill development. The successful candidate will assist in implementing waterproofing solutions, following detailed instructions and safety protocols, and contributing to high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation Tasks:
• Assist with the installation of various waterproofing systems, including sump pumps, drainage systems, and vapor barriers.
• Follow detailed project plans and instructions provided by senior team members.
• Perform installation tasks efficiently and accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Technical Support:
• Learn and apply waterproofing techniques under the guidance of experienced installers.
• Address and resolve basic technical issues with support from senior team members.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow OSHA regulations.
• Quality Control:
• Assist in checking and verifying the quality of work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to senior team members for resolution.
• Communication and Customer Service:
• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors regarding project status and any issues.
• Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers when required.
• Administrative Duties:
• Help with the organization and management of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Team Development:
• Take part in training sessions and actively seek to learn new skills and techniques related to waterproofing.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of construction or maintenance work is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license is preferred; additional certifications related to construction or waterproofing are a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
