Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care to residents, following individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' health, report changes, and communicate with families and physicians
Support and collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure high-quality care
Promote a safe and engaging environment for residents
Qualifications :
Current LPN license in Ohio.
Experience in memory care, long-term care, or assisted living preferred
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
Compassionate approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills
