Weyerhaeuser is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our mill in Plymouth, NC. Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $68,400-$102,600 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Work related experience in leading and ensuring compliance with safety initiatives
- At least three (3) years of leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid team-building capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Windows-based programs
