Team Management:
Supervise, train, and coach production workers, addressing performance issues and providing guidance.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve production problems, equipment malfunctions, and other issues that may arise.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of production processes, quality control results, and other relevant data.
