Job Details:
- Pay: $15.50/hr per diem for travel-related expenses
- Benefits: Comprehensive insurance coverage and Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel to locations nationwide on short notice
- Some daily, short term overnight and longer term assignments are available as needed
- Schedule: Flexible schedule with assignments based on project needs
- Position Type: Manufacturing roles vary and may include assembly, production, machine operation, quality control, and general labor tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to manufacturing sites across the country as required ( usually Michigan and MIdwest)
- Perform various manufacturing-related tasks, including assembly, production, and equipment operation
- Adapt quickly to different roles and team environments
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards
- Represent WGS Global Services with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Willingness to Travel: Must be ready to travel frequently with short notice, Flint area, Michigan or Midwest.
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus, but not required
- Work Ethic: Must be dependable, adaptable, and a team player
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in fast-paced environments
