Full Time HR Coordinator

Responsibilities :
- Administer weekly payroll for approximately 30 full-time and 5-10 part-time employees
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollments and updates
- Screen and interview candidates, assist with onboarding
- Maintain personnel records
- Oversee employee training and conduct annual required policy-related training
- Administer pay increases and maintain compensation records
- Update policies as needed to ensure compliance and best practices
- Assist with annual reviews, coaching, and disciplinary matters
- Manage workers compensation claims and maintain related OSHA records
- Participate in quarterly safety meetings, and participate in audits on shop floor
- Maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels are managed
- Assist with daily AR deposits and reconcile the bank account monthly
- Other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements :
This is a fully onsite, full-time role.
Our office staff follows a 9 / 80 work schedule :
Monday-Thursday : 8am to 5pm
OFF Alternating Fridays; 8am to 4pm for "ON" Fridays
