Full Time HR Coordinator

Do you love keeping things organized, supporting employees, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? If so, this role is for you! We're looking for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys helping people, and doesn't mind handling a variety of tasks-from payroll to policy updates to maintaining office supplies. You'll be a key player in our team, working closely with leadership to support our employees while also keeping our HR operations running efficiently. Sound like a great fit? Read on!

Responsibilities :

  • Administer weekly payroll for approximately 30 full-time and 5-10 part-time employees
  • Manage employee benefits, including enrollments and updates
  • Screen and interview candidates, assist with onboarding
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Oversee employee training and conduct annual required policy-related training
  • Administer pay increases and maintain compensation records
  • Update policies as needed to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Assist with annual reviews, coaching, and disciplinary matters
  • Manage workers compensation claims and maintain related OSHA records
  • Participate in quarterly safety meetings, and participate in audits on shop floor
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure stock levels are managed
  • Assist with daily AR deposits and reconcile the bank account monthly
  • Other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration preferred
  • Experience with AI a plus
  • This is a fully onsite, full-time role.

    Our office staff follows a 9 / 80 work schedule :

    Monday-Thursday : 8am to 5pm

    OFF Alternating Fridays; 8am to 4pm for "ON" Fridays

    For full-time employees, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that is 100% employer-paid, including :

  • Medical Insurance : Our ICHRA medical plan allows employees to choose any plan on the NH open marketplace or select one of our two pre-selected plans with single deductibles of $1,500 or $4,500. All tiers of medical coverage are fully covered by the employer. The company contributes $80-300 / month for those on the high deductible plan.
  • Dental & Vision Insurance : Employee coverage is fully paid, with the option to add dependents through a small weekly payroll deduction.
  • Disability & Life Insurance : Short-term and long-term disability coverage, as well as life insurance, are fully employer-paid.
  • 401(k) Match : We match 50% of employee contributions, up to 6% of salary.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays : PTO accrual increases with years of service, plus 9 paid holidays annually.
  • Located in Nashua, NH with plans to move to Hudson, NH in Q2 2025
