As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Sales Executive with proven expertise in selling or brokering cannabis products to help expand our business and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the cannabis industry, with a focus on prerolls, blunts, flowers, vapes, and other CPG products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with dispensaries, retailers, and distributors.
- Showcase a deep understanding of cannabis products and confidently educate clients on their features, benefits, and market positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the cannabis industry.
- Successfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align strategies and meet client needs.
- Accurately document sales activities, leads, and account details using CRM tools.
- Participate in onsite meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events to build local networks and deepen client engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling or brokering cannabis products, specifically prerolls, blunts, flowers, vapes, and related CPG items.
- Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry, including regulations, product types, and market trends.
- A network of existing contacts within dispensaries, wholesalers, and retailers is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for the cannabis market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwares
- Ability to thrive in an onsite role, meeting clients face-to-face to build rapport and trust.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
