Job Description
Operations analyst role, you will coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner. A key element in executing this role is the ability to critically think in real time to overcome operational problems that will vary from day to day. Success in this role is demonstrated by the effective implementation of changes and continuous improvement in the efficiency of operations. This position offers an opportunity for growth at a company that is consistently growing with an environment where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our operations.
What You’ll do:
- Gather data on current operations through observations and reports.
- Determine strengths and areas for improvement
- Design efficient operational processes
- Assist with implementation of new procedures
· Create new ways to utilize existing data to generate staffing and production in the most efficient manner
· Work closely on continuous improvement initiatives with the leadership team including the CEO
Who You Are:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations management preferred
· Analytical; proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel
· Self-starter mentality
· Curiosity, looking for ways to improve procedures
· Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
