Whats the position?
We are currently looking to add a Receptionist to our team of administrative professionals. If your well-spoken, detail-oriented, and have a knack for making others feel special and welcome, you may be a great fit. Daily duties include responding to calls and other communications, receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, assist in planning office events, and managing and distributing business data.
Essential Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and help guests feel welcome
- Accurately transfer calls and messages according to agency procedures
- Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail and faxes according to agency procedures
- Maintain an accurate schedule for shared company rooms and like resources
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and stocking office supplies
- Help maintain various employee data records pertaining to general office functions (phone numbers, extensions, etc.)
- Help manage phone systems and communicate with the agencys after-hours service as appropriate
- Open and close visitor area (locking doors, turning off lights)
- Handle additional administrative tasks assigned

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
