This position will work remotely and from WCJC Wharton Campus as needed to efficiently support the college's IT requirements. The Part Time Help Desk Support is responsible for providing excellent customer service supporting first line response for students, faculty, and staff requiring assistance with information technology request. This position filters and escalates appropriate service requests to the Help Desk Technician or the Help Desk/Training Coordinator.
