Position Overview as a Fleet Operations Manager : zTrip is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to provide leadership and support to our Las Vegas, NV location, ensuring the growth of our taxi business.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage customer relations through direct contact and outreach programs.
Recruit, select, train, and mentor staff and independent contractor drivers.
Communicate effectively with location staff and support teams.
Oversee the vehicle maintenance plan to ensure fleet availability.
Ensure compliance with safety and training programs, plans, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain routine client contact to meet or exceed expectations.
Conduct periodic departmental audits.
Review key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
Manage location metrics continuously and develop action plans to meet financial, safety, and operational goals.
Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Participate in labor and employee relations activities.
Provide insights for contract renewals.
Create and present the annual budget for the location.
Qualifications as a Fleet Operations Manager :
Minimum of 5-10 years of operations management and leadership experience, including P&L responsibility.
