We need a Fleet Dispatcher for our Biloxi, MS location. You’ll coordinate drivers, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities of a Fleet Dispatcher:
- Dispatch drivers for scheduled and on-demand services.
- Monitor vehicle locations and driver statuses.
- Communicate with drivers and provide support.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain dispatch records and logs.
- Resolve issues and emergencies during the shift.
Qualifications of a Fleet Dispatcher:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in dispatching or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS systems.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
