We need a Routing Dispatcher for our Biloxi, MS location. You’ll coordinate drivers, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities of a Routing Dispatcher:

• Dispatch drivers for scheduled and on-demand services.
• Monitor vehicle locations and driver statuses.
• Communicate with drivers and provide support.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Maintain dispatch records and logs.
• Resolve issues and emergencies during the shift.

Qualifications of a Routing Dispatcher:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS systems.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
