zTrip, the largest taxi transportation company in North America, is looking for dedicated and organized Transportation Dispatchers to help coordinate and manage transportation services for our clients and programs. Job Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and schedule transportation for WHC programs and clients.
- Assist with driver routing and offer support as needed.
- Monitor trips, adjust routes, and ensure timely service.
- Confirm driver availability and manage any schedule changes.
- Professionally respond to calls, texts, emails, and radio alerts.
- Address client and passenger inquiries with courtesy.
- Record customer requests, service details, and dispatch information.
- Advise drivers on traffic, weather, or other relevant issues.
- Complete additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a call center or dispatch role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Excel and scheduling software.
- Excellent customer service and decision-making abilities.
- High school diploma required.
