VP of Operations

Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Operations:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through direct engagement and outreach initiatives.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and mentorship of staff and independent contractor drivers through a comprehensive hiring and retention program.
- Foster effective communication with location staff and support teams.
- Oversee the vehicle maintenance plan, ensuring fleet readiness to meet service demands.
- Manage safety and training programs to ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory standards.
- Regularly interact with clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct periodic audits of departmental performance.
- Analyze key operational metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Continuously manage location metrics, identify issues, and develop action plans to meet financial, safety, and operational goals.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in labor and employee relations activities at the location.
- Provide insights and information to support contract renewals.
- Develop and present the location’s annual budget.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-10 years in Operations Management with leadership experience, including P&L responsibility.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
