Operations Responsibilities
A qualified candidate should be a current undergraduate student whom has strong written and verbal communication skills, enjoys multi-tasking, is organized, able to assist in light office duties, and other duties assigned. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions.
The Graduate Admissions Visit & Operations Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the processing of graduate admissions applications, transcripts, and recommendations. This position serves the Graduate Admissions office and largely interacts with the Graduate Admissions staff. The Visit & Operations Specialist will also assist in managing the admissions application processing by documenting and organizing application components while working with a computer database.
Visit Responsibilities
The position also provides administrative support to the Assistant Director. This position serves the visit program by scheduling, arranging, and customizing campus visits for prospective students. The Graduate Admissions Visit Program Specialists will also correspond with a multitude of components including faculty, staff, current students, and prospective students. This position also aids in maintaining a visit database that identifies upcoming visits.
