Office Title Graduate Admissions Visit Program Specialist Salary $14 / hour Hours 10 hours per week. Work schedule will be based on the Graduate Admissions Visit Program Specialist's availability within the timeframe of Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m. Job Description The Graduate Admissions Visit Program Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Assistant Director. This position serves the visit program by scheduling, arranging, and customizing campus visits for prospective students. The Graduate Admissions Visit Program Specialists will also correspond with a multitude of components including faculty, staff, current students, and prospective students. This position also aids in maintaining a visit database that identifies upcoming visits. A qualified candidate should be a current undergraduate student whom has strong written and verbal communication skills, enjoys multi-tasking, is organized, able to assist in light office duties, and other duties assigned.
