Manager of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Operations

Minimum Qualifications :

• The Individual must possess an engineering degree and 4 years of management experience in a technical trades environment, OR a Journeyman License in Electrical or Plumbing Trades, or an MA Refrigeration License and 6 years working in a trades shop.
• A USCG Engineer License will count toward years of experience.
• Facilities Operations experience in higher education or a commercial real estate environment would be desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering trades disciplines.

All salary offers must have the prior approval of the Office of Human Resources.

The anticipated hiring or recruitment range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000.
