What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Operations position at Wheaton College?
Minimum Qualifications :
- The Individual must possess an engineering degree and 4 years of management experience in a technical trades environment, OR a Journeyman License in Electrical or Plumbing Trades, or an MA Refrigeration License and 6 years working in a trades shop.
- A USCG Engineer License will count toward years of experience.
- Facilities Operations experience in higher education or a commercial real estate environment would be desirable.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering trades disciplines.
