Job Description:
This role requires a motivated Sales Representative to engage with channel partners, generate interest, qualify leads, and close sales in a competitive commission structure with lucrative bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with existing customers and potential prospects.
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and site visits.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate customer needs and identify solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines and manage them to achieve individual or team sales and production quotas.
- Collaborate with channel and product partners to increase product knowledge and build an interest pipeline for new products.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B sales-centered roles, preferably in the aftermarket automotive space.
- Ability to maintain a professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers or vendors.
- Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls (inbound and outbound) per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver's license and ability to follow driving rules and regulations.
