We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role will support office operations and contribute to the smooth running of daily activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical documents.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and tracking expenses.
- Help onboard new employees and manage employee records.
- Greet visitors and provide customer service support when necessary.
- Ensure the office is organized, clean, and well-maintained.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment and assist with technology needs.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Salary : $26 - $30
