Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biotech Process Development Associate 1 to join our dynamic team in the biotechnology field. In this entry-level role, you will assist in the development and optimization of biotechnological processes related to the production of therapeutic proteins, vaccines, or other biopharmaceutical products. You will be involved in laboratory-based tasks, data analysis, and experimental design aimed at improving the efficiency, scalability, and quality of bioprocesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development, optimization, and scale-up of biotechnological processes for protein production or cell culture-based platforms.
- Perform laboratory experiments and process development tasks, including media preparation, cell culture maintenance, and small-scale process optimization.
- Conduct analytical tests, collect and analyze data, and document experimental results with attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to process equipment, experimental setups, and biological cultures.
- Support process development studies by preparing media, reagents, and equipment, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and summaries of experimental findings.
- Maintain accurate records of all experiments, protocols, and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytical development, downstream process development and manufacturing, to ensure smooth execution of process development goals.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and practices.
