Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Biotech Process Development Associate 2 to join our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and scale-up of bioprocesses for the production of biologics and therapeutic products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the advancement of research and development initiatives, from early-stage process development through to commercial manufacturing. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the design, optimization, and execution of laboratory-scale experiments to improve bioprocess performance.
- Conduct process development studies for upstream and downstream operations, including cell culture, protein expression, purification, and formulation.
- Analyze and interpret data to assess process performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Work with senior team members to scale-up processes from bench to pilot scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, to support process development goals.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including experiment protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards throughout the process development lifecycle.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
