Position Summary
Exciting clinical opportunity to make an incredible impact on families! Become trained in multiple evidence- based treatment modalities and receive daily support in implementing interventions aimed at helping parents gain sobriety, improve their parenting, and resolve unaddressed trauma. Clinicians will have face to face experience in the community and gain invaluable skills for future growth in the field. Caseload size is generally 4 families that are provided 3 sessions a week.
Bilingual In Spanish And English Is Required.

Education And Experience / Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology is required. Evidence of strong family therapy skills and experience working with high risk families is also required.
Licensure Requirements For Clinical Positions
Must hold one of the following credentials: LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC or licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in the State of Connecticut.

Attends and is prepared for scheduled supervision. Seeks additional supervision or consultation as needed and follows through with supervisory directives.
Provides service in the office and/or community settings outside of the office (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, institutions, other community locations) as defined by the program.
Continues to develop knowledge and understanding about the history, traditions, values, family systems, and artistic expression of groups served as well as uses appropriate methodological approaches, skills, and techniques that reflect an understanding of culture.
