Compensation & Benefits:

- Accurately assess the extent of vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for repair costs using industry standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with insurance companies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure timely payment
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed on the status of their vehicle repairs
- Review and adjust estimates as needed based on additional damage or changes in repair plans
- Monitor workshop schedule to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Ensure the proper use and care of all tools and equipment
- Lead the body shop department, retail and wholesale customers
- Work with Body shop to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs
- Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally
- Keep up-to-date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures
- Knowledge and compliance with the federal, state, and local regulations that affect operation
- Ensure that all employees follow their assigned work schedules and enforce to the absenteeism, reporting and tardiness policy
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
- Implement & carry out safety requirements
- Demonstrate behaviors within Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and processes
- Ability to read and understand damage reports and repair estimates
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- I-CAR or ASE certification is preferred
- Proficiency in using estimating software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented and organized
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
