Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Business Unit Manager to set, actively manage, and ultimately deliver on all engineering aspects of the Business Unit product strategy.
You will ensure that all technical undertakings are driving value by increasing value-driven pricing, reducing costs, and/or winning profitable new business.
In this role, you will typically:
- Manage the BU's engineering team members at all technical levels within the organization, including Sustaining, New Product Introduction (NPI), and new business pursuits.
- Assist in the development of and support BU strategy and BU Team objectives.
- Recruit, manage, motivate, and develop staff in assigned areas to ensure individual and team effectiveness.
- Serve as key technical contact for the BU and own all BU engineering decisions.
