Summary/ObjectiveThe Outbound Sales Representative must display strong communication andorganizational skills, be personable, detail-oriented, and confident. This is an inside salesposition. The main responsibilities will be to book maintenance agreements, sellmemberships and follow up on unsold work from salesmen as well as techs. Alwaysfocused on communicating and serving customers with core values in mind..Essential Functions● Fill the board with maintenance, working with Dispatch and CSR to ensurethe board is full. Always focused on getting tech in the residence foropportunity.● Communicate all interaction with customers into Service Titan making sureall notes are precise and with purpose.● Utilize list in Service Titan to reach client list and provide a 3 close salesprocess to each client.● Keep detailed notes for your customers so you can follow up and buildrelationships with our clients.● Sell Membership plans on a renewal basis as well as to new clients.Understand the THCC plan 100%.● Develop a routine of following up on all unsold jobs utilizing the follow upboard in Service Titan and providing results. Understand there will be timesCertain departments will need extra focus to fill open gaps.● Submit the sales tracking to Dispatch Manager.● Review all opportunities to follow up on membership, maintenance andunsold. Keep detailed notes for success.● Communicate weekly with individual Salespeople and Service experts thatare assigned to maintain strong working relationships and strategize onupcoming follow up calls.● Ensure your sales record sheets are up to date showing current monthlyrevenue as well as projected revenue.● Present to your manager any issues or ideas for the team to grow and getbetter.● Assist CSR dept. when there is overflow to serve our clients at the highestlevel.● Forward any client issues that arise to the appropriate managers forimmediate action to correct.● Uphold and carry out company policies and procedures and core values.● Stay up to date on knowledge of current services offered at All HoursPlumbing Heating & Air.Competencies1. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.2. Computer literate and proficient using G-Suite, Service Titan, Slack, Zoom etc.3. Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.).4. Excellent customer service skills.5. Previous experience in sales or marketing.6. Organized and detail-oriented.7. Outstanding communicator both verbally and written.Preferred Education and Experience1. Associate’s degree in office administration, management or related field.2. 2 years working in office administration.3. 2 years experience working in Sales and Marketing.4.
