Summary
We are seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Whipple Superchargers. In this role, you will oversee the shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and accurately. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate logistics for outbound shipments and inbound deliveries.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Implement best practices in warehouse management to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and logistics.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and practices.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
