The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of pre-engineered metal building projects, from initial contract to fabrication completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage project budgets.
- Corroborate with other departments to ensure project schedules are maintained.
- Maintain effective communication with architects and customer representatives.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders as necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in the PEMB industry is required.
- Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
