Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Front desk agent/ Clothe Presser to join our team. As a front desk agent/ Clothe Presser, you will be responsible for pressing and finishing garments to perfection, ensuring that all items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Process transactions, including accepting payments, handling refunds, and managing customer accounts
• Manage the front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Receive and inspect incoming garments, checking for stains, tears, and other imperfections
• Tag and track garments, ensuring accurate processing and timely return to customers
• Answer customer questions, provide price quotes, and offer recommendations
• Press and finish garments, including dresses, suits, pants, shirts, and other clothing items
• Operate pressing equipment, including steam presses, dry cleaning presses, and finishing equipment
• Inspect garments for quality and presentation, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
• Use steam and heat to remove wrinkles and creases from garments
• Hang and package finished garments for customer pickup or delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

- No experience needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Excellent inter personal skills
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with dry cleaning equipment and processes a plus
