Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can supervise maintenance tasks, perform repairs, and conduct regular inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain and repair various equipment, including electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Weld and fabricate parts as necessary to support operational needs.
- Utilize an Ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal of facilities.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes is a plus.
- Ability to perform residential painting with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
