Job Overview
Arkham is seeking a Senior Counsel, Regulatory & Product to drive the development, implementation, and ongoing support of regulatory projects. In this role, you’ll act as a key advisor on laws and regulations applicable to cryptocurrency exchanges and product listings.
This role can be based in New York or Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, for candidates open to working in the Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, review, submission, and progress of applications for new regulatory licenses in collaboration with outside counsel and internal teams.
- Draft, consult on, and advise company policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
- Partner with compliance teams to build scalable solutions for regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Review new products alongside legal and compliance teams to assess regulatory risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Stay up to date on regulatory developments and provide proactive legal guidance.
