About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Customer Care and Inside Sales Leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage the customer care team to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. They will also establish and maintain customer care policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the customer experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. You will also develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer loyalty.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
