Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Recruit, Hire, Train and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct and coordinate prospecting efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Interact with customers and provide assistance to the Sales Consultants to close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Department Managers to enhance dealership growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales and/or management required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
