Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Recruit, Hire, Train and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct and coordinate prospecting efforts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
  • Interact with customers and provide assistance to the Sales Consultants to close deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other Department Managers to enhance dealership growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.

Experience

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and/or management required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
