Job Description
Primary Functions:
To insure smooth communication with clients, case managers, and company personnel.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Manage all facets of the client care
- a) Scheduling Visits
- b) Talking with MCO Care Coordinators
- c) Talking with Clients
- d) Talking with Aides
2. Track billing for visits delivered
- a) Comparing clock-in with scheduled visits
- b) Making sure all aides are remaining EVV compliant
3. Track payroll to insure that aides are paid only for billable visits delivered.
4. Give direction to new aides as needed.
5. File all applicable paperwork:
- a) Client Information
- b) Care Coordinator communications
- c) All other paperwork
6. Weekly Calendars and Monthly Calendars.
7. Answering Phones and directing to appropriate recipient.
8. Carry the on call phone when scheduled-(Paid for this task)
9. Process and deliver mail to the Post Office.
10. Documentation of all communications:
- a) Client
- b) Care Coordinators
- c) Aides
- d) Office Staff
11. All other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must have working knowledge of computers and basic computer programs. Schedulers must have good people skills and be able to communicate effectively. Due to the stress level of this position they must be able to function effectively under pressure.
