Job Description
Primary Functions:
To insure smooth communication with clients, case managers, and company personnel.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Manage all facets of the client care
- a) Scheduling Visits
- b) Talking and communications (DA-5) with case managers
- c) Talking with Clients
- d) Talking with Aides
2. Track billing for visits delivered
- a) Comparing clock-in with scheduled visits
- b) Look to verify information on manual activity logs are correct
3. Track payroll to insure that aides are paid only for billable visits delivered.
4. Train new aides when needed
5. File all applicable paperwork:
- a) Client Information
- b) Case Manager
- c) All other paperwork
6. Daily Calendars/ Monthly Calendars
7. Answering Phones when necessary
8. Carry on call phone when scheduled
9. Process and deliver mail to the Post Office
10. Documentation of all communicationa) Client
- a) Client
- b) Case Managers
- c) Aides
- d) Office Staff
11. All other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must have working knowledge of computers and basic computer programs. Schedulers must have good people skills and be able to communicate effectively. Due to the stress level of this position they must be able to function effectively under pressure
