Student Intervention and Behavior Coordinator (TOSA)
Salary Range/Hourly Rate: Per Educator Contract
Start Date: August (2025-2026 school year)
Work week: 1.0 FTE Monday Through Friday
Student Level: 10-12 grade, WBL ALC
Position Summary:
Performs professional work with students, teachers, counselors, and administrators, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Principal.
Education and /or Experience
Bachelor's degree and considerable experience working with students in alternative settings and knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention Systems and restorative practices, working as an instructional coach, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.
Special Requirements
Licensed Administrator in the State of MN preferred.
Experience with and knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention Systems and restorative practices required.
Peer Coaching experience preferred.
MN Teaching License
