White Buffalo Coffee Bar Regional Manager
White Buffalo Coffee Bar is seeking a high-energy, service-oriented individual who is ready to lead a team! A White Buffalo Regional Manager is able to multi-task, maintain order/operations under pressure, and able to fulfill all barista duties when necessary. Coffee industry/barista experience is not required, however previous experience in the service industry is preferred.
This position includes oversight of multiple locations (including but not limited to Weatherford, Clinton & Elk City). Applicants should possess strong communication skills, organizational skills, and trustworthiness.
White Buffalo offers a positive work environment, where employees are respected and empowered to always place the customer’s needs first. Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: team scheduling, product inventory and ordering, barista hiring & training, cash management, and maintaining overall store cleanliness/standards.
Availability in the evenings and weekends is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,800.00 - $52,000.00 per year
