White Cap Frozen Yogurt is a self-serve frozen yogurt shop with a variety of frozen yogurt flavors & toppings payed for by the ounce. It is an independent, non-franchise business located in Burien, WA.
We are looking for a friendly and self-motivated individual to join our team as a cashier!
Our current hours are 12PM - 9PM, Tuesday through Sunday. Opening shifts start at 11AM and closing shifts end at 9:30PM at the latest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they come in.
- Maintain toppings, yogurt, and supplies.
- Clean topping areas, yogurt machines, and seating areas as needed.
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
- Handle customer concerns, questions, and problems.
- Clean bathrooms.
- Take out trash and recycling.
- Answer phone calls.
- Clean and prepare yogurt machines and toppings for opening shifts.
- Sweep and mop floors and wash dishes for closing shifts.
Requirements:
- Ability to work at least one weekday and one weekend shifts.
- Ability to stand for long hours and multi-task.
- Have a reliable transportation.
- Washington state food handler's permit; this can be obtained after being hired but before your first day.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not required.
