Job Summary
Provide operational expertise in the Branch. May lead in the creation and implementation of processes that ensure Branch compliance. Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies to establish best practices.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Establishes operational processes and ensures alignment with corporate operational strategies.
- Investigates operational issues and resolves general problems.
- Drives documentation process and evaluates information pertaining to Branch operations.
- Serves as point of contact for SOX audits and various administrative programs compliance by establishing processes and providing direction to Branch associates.
- Interfaces regularly with clients, customers and / or internal personnel to communicate information.
- Provides training related information and tools.
- May lead and / or assist in the development and distribution of policies, industry standards and regulations.
