Job Summary
Responsible for creating and maintaining an active billing log for rebar contracts. Ensures the contract is billed 100%, detailing and submittal drawings are sent on the requested date, and manages any change orders or extras to the original contract.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
- Ensures that all customer information is listed on the job form, confirm what is included and what is excluded, and verify dollar amounts, as well as important customer contact information.
- Manages billing for each rebar project in conjunction with awarded quote and purchase order.
- Handles and manages Change Orders and Extras on rebar contracts.
- Assists in assigning projects that are awarded to detailers.
- Creates Bill of Materials for billing.
