Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with the Project Staff and field personnel
- Intimate knowledge of OSHA guidelines, project safety audits, and ability to convey safety culture throughout the jobsite.
- Review and understand all of the Contract Documents. Ensure proper storage and mark up of the as-built drawing set.
- Demonstrate an understanding of trade specific work/scope and how it fits together and affects other trades
- Formulates relationships with subcontractor field personnel based on mutual respect and knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow the project schedule
- Managing coordination and cooperation between subcontractors
- Demonstrate proficiency with developing, communicating and integrating RFIs, ASIs, etc.
- Demonstrates flexibility (i.e. performs other duties as assigned, reprioritizes activities as needed, embraces change)
- Portrays a good attitude (willingness to help others, maintains a positive demeanor and promotes that within WCC)
Educaton/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 0-2 years’ experience in similar construction project types
