White Diamond Salons is a premier salon company dedicated to serving senior communities while also providing exceptional services to the public. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Area Salon Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:Behind-the-Chair Services (2 Days per Week):
- Provide expert haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, and other salon services.
- Perform basic manicures and pedicures.
- Ensure top-tier customer service for clients of all ages, with a focus on the senior community.
Operational & Growth Responsibilities:
- Implement a strategic hiring system by networking, attending beauty schools, and recruiting top talent.
- Oversee and support salon teams in multiple locations, ensuring high performance and strong teamwork.
- Expand White Diamond Salons by identifying and securing new locations, both in-state and out-of-state.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with the company’s vision.
- Monitor business operations to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and senior communities.
