The focus of this position is to support all Sr. Design & Design Consultants in daily functions.
To work with The Sales Team and Operational Teams in creating efficiencies to allow Consultants more flexibility in managing all White Door clients and potential clients.

An Event Coordinator is responsible for overseeing tasks and problem solving throughout the event planning process. Duties include meeting with clients at locations to help with set-up, running errands, working with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event. To travel as necessary
Examples of Daily needs are:
CAD drawings, Order Entry, prepare sales proposals, attend client meetings, attend site visits, assist setups or strikes, Operational tasks, Inventory selection, phone calls, note taking and assist in any task as needed.
Other Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with upkeep of office and showroom.
Linen, Furniture & Decor
Answering Phones/assist clients
Sending/confirming sales and site visit appointments
Run Reports, check Inventory and Details of all Orders.
Enter orders for Sales Team
New account entry
Assist Sales Team with proposals and Contracts.
Payment collection & application on reservations
Duties, Responsibilities, Skills & Procedures:
The duties and responsibilities of an Event Coordinator center on planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. Coordinators must understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work out, to ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
To assist Sales Team to grow Revenue.
Assist with existing clients and can quickly establish rapport with Clients.
Learn Inventory and services to identify needs with Client base.
Provide exceptional Customer Service Skills by being passionate in what you do.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and perform at a high level.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow through and prioritize multiple tasks.
Attention to Detail when preparing quotes, proposals and able to effectively communicate to others in a positive manner.
Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great face to face and phone personality and active listening skills
Proficient in current business computer programs, social media apps and written communication.
Must be an Energetic, Creative, Outgoing, Friendly, Professional, Confident and passion driven Individual. Able to take direction and be a quick study on products and procedures. Able to provide exceptional customer service and ensure end to end customer satisfaction.
