Car Wash Manager

Job Title: Carwash Manager - White Glove Carwash & Detailing

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality carwash and detailing services are consistently delivered.
• Lead, train, and supervise the carwash and detailing team, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring everything is properly stocked and well-maintained.
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and detailed according to company standards, offering exceptional service to each customer.
• Manage scheduling and assign tasks to the team to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics, providing feedback and guidance to team members as necessary.
• Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure the carwash facility is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Manage finances, including cash handling, sales tracking, and budgeting for operational expenses.
• Report to upper management and provide regular updates on performance, goals, and any needed improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the carwash, automotive detailing, or related management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage inventory and handle financial tasks such as budgeting and sales tracking.
• Ability to operate all carwash machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
