White Glove Cleaning & Maintenance is a complete janitorial company. We can do any cleaning task that has to do with a commercial building. This combined with our other two divisions, residential carpet and ceramic tile cleaning and water restoration services, we feel we can tackle just about any cleaning project that any of our customers are in need of. We pride ourselves on customer service to our clients and provide unmatched quality of cleaning with the most dedicated team members.
We are currently looking for an individual who would like to work on Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, approximately 10 hours per week. This is NOT a remote position
Overview
The selected team member will assist in keeping the office running efficiently with day to day tasks. Some of these tasks are, but not limited to:
- Answering the phone and scheduling appointments.
- Taking applications and screen potential applicants on the phone before setting up interviews.
- Prepare job folders.
- Maintain company manuals.
- Assist in processing payroll.
- Assist with QuickBooks entries
This positions requires
- Must be enthusiastic and energetic with a passion to provide "the best possible service experience possible".
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
